XLS602 fault mode

Hi to all. I hope every one are safe.
I'm looking for help, I'm owner of two Crown XLS, they has worked fine until sudently, one XLS602 lost the sound and enter in fault mode, immediatly I put both volumen controls in "0" and the XLS restart, I pumped up the volumen controls and enter in fault mode again, no sound detected, I repeated this with inputs and speakers unppluged but the same. This happened with any changed in electrical contitions.

If the amp has not blown up (output failure) get the amp refurbished. Output devices need to be removed and thermal paste cleaned and replaced. At the same time clean fans and ventilation conduits.
