Crown XLS2500 Fault 04/

How do you fix the fault 04/ error on the xls amps.
What parts needs to be changed?

    The XLS manual ERROR CODE entry describes all the fault codes indicated in the display.
    For the 04 code, it seems to be related to a power fault, power sequencing of the power supply failed.
    Unfortunately, it may be a output drive failure and needs to be [factory] repaired.
