Manual and spare parts SH 5500

Hi, never used a forum before and thought this is the best place to ask. I have had the Crown Music Centre since 1981 DIN 4 4500 also known as SH 5500 (yep I'll be 60 soon lol) and desperately looking for the manual and new turntable belt as well as speakers. I'd like to give this to my 22 year old daughter as she too is an avid music fan and appreciates quality. This is still one of the best systems made. Thanks in advance for any advice offered. Apologies if this is a stupid question and this isn't the appropriate place to ask.
