DON'T WORK DCI 4/300

Hi, I bought the amp dci 4|300 work fine until not yet. The led light power indicator just flashing and the out power don't work.

Any help is welcome to solve this situation

    Possible SMPS issue caused by possible output device failure. Suggest contacting Crown service!
    Hopefully, by now, the failure has been resolved. Any comments?
