MA12000i audio architect fault

in Crown Amplifiers

I'm trying to talk to my MA12000i in audio architect. When I open the netsetter window, I get my router in green 'discovered' and then the MAC & IP address of the amplifier, but it gets stuck at 'discovering....' and never changes. After a while all the leds on the amp begin flashing slowly in unison. Any ideas folks?
