I need to know when I have to adjust crown micro tech 12000i Input Sensitivity on 1.4V, 32 dB gain, and 26 dB gain.

Use the 1.4V input sensitivity. Most electronic [pro] gear has a 1.4V (+4dbu) nominal output.
The other values are for broadcast reasons...
