Crown CDI 600

I have crown cdi 600, which is the issue is power. No power when switching on. Even i do basic troubleshooting. Check the fuse and some components level.. but all are ok. Someone can help me this issue? When I press switch on, i didn't hear any click sound on relay..

    This appears to be an SMPS issue; Usually, some other type of indicator will let you know if the SMPS secondary [minimal] power is available. This no power issue appears to have enabled a 'catastrophic failure detected issue' with the primary side of the power supply. Verify usual suspects : rectifiers, drivers, outputs, psu modulator circuit disabled, etc.
    I still recommend contacting Harman or associate service center. There may be no user serviceable parts. :(
