4x3500HD white screen displayed no boot up

We have a Crown 4x3500 that is stuck on a white screen after boot.
The white LCD flashes after 18 seconds then at 9 seconds and continues in this cycle.
We've reset to factory at the back and attempted firmware update via Audio Architect with the following error.
Please let us know other troubleshooting steps we can take.
