Is the XLi 1500 Amplifier capable of powering a pair of Yamaha CBR 15 passive speakers?

To be used in a medium sized indoor cycling studio.

    XLI 1500: 330W @ 8 ohms, 900W Bridge @ 8ohms
    CBR15 : 500W PRG, 1000W PK @ 8 ohms
    The CBR15 would need a 1000W amp per side for reliable peak performance. At 330W into 8 ohms, the XLI is underpowered for this job. However, note that if the XLI was in bridge mode (900W), you would be 'very' close to the 1000W window required for peak performance. So, an extra XLI 1500 would be required, one per side in bridge mode, to complete this system to achieve a great live performance!
