Can't change output mode

Hi
I have an xti 2002 with the DSP off and I can't change the output mode from bridged mono to dual. I'm running system architect 3.4. I double click on output mode, click on Dual, click on apply and nothing changes. What am I missing?

    Have you tried the 'manual' mode? Via the front panel? :)
    This doesn't resolve why you can't change value from SA!
