Macro-tech 2400 woes

Hi, anyone knows where to start on a crown macrotech 2400 ? Channel 2 lost half it’s power suddenly and channel one has a light hum, this thing was never driven hard, any resistors to check in particular ? Odep lights up on both chanels, fan spins, currently plugged via xlr on a clp pip card, i removed the card and used the phono plugs, the hum on channel one is louder, but same problem on channel two

Or does anyone know of a good service center in the greater mtl region in quebec ?

    Sounds like the amp needs to be serviced. Check the Harman site for approved service centers.
