Crown XLS 2502 Amplifier Thermal LED / Display issue

I have received 2 Crown XLS 2502 Amplifiers for repairs. The Thermal LED keeps on blinking . Most of the time the display screen is empty . No error code etc..
some times the amplifier switches on and works perfectly for a few minutes only. I cleaned the display ribbon cable and re seated it , but no results. if its the ribbon cable then how do I get it .
