(HIQ suite) Worst piece of software i have ever used!

Seriously, computer software or even hardware from the early 90's are better then this
Harman / Crown / Samsung seem not to even grasp the idea with a simple feature to LOCK / Link the main EQ channels together so you only have to make adjustments one time

I have Eqs from the 80s that can lock channels and bands together. HIQ is a real joke

Furthermore ever heard of IOS / MACOS?

No?, well it sure look that you don't care about customers that buy your hardware but run mac in their PRO environments
I would never use a PC in my studio for sure.

I own several newer amps from Crown. Cost me an arm and a leg, and you want me to believe that the same company that produced this exemplary good equipment can't code a decent computer software that works?

I have tried and used all of the HIQ software there's available and IMHO, Crown need to do much much better

It's not meant that a person that uses your "software" would have all the settings erased on the amps "before" they have a chance to save everything, right?

Cause that what happened.

I hooked up my amp racks to "System Architect" (fancy word for a real messy software)
And before i knew it the software did a factory reset on my whole chain of amps.

So all my settings that i have for different venues are GONE, can not get them back, need to visit all the locations again and do everything all over.

All this could have been avoided if you made a program that works in the first place

You make really good amps, but as this software are crucial when it comes to controlling bigger setups and venues, i can not endorse or support this kind of software.
