    This is a BAAADDD time of year to get them, it may take a bit for a response... I'll see what I can do...They are getting ready for the NAM show I think...

    Ok Inf 2, I have spoken with Tech support and they say the EEPROM is at fault
    and will need replacing...You will have to send the unit in.

    Yes, support has answered me (thanks him), tomorrow I send DR in service...

    Has passed 1,5 months from the moment of sending in service.
    Russian DBX (ATTrade) service while has made nothing.....

    Use the \"Tech Support\" link above and email the guys there, perhaps they can light a fire under the service department.. thats just wrong...
