Zone Pro Error Codes...

Upon boot-up I get this error code (well that is what the client is telling me).

!:meterc0010 failed
status = 4

We have to cycle this unit a couple times before it goes away. It only happens on the initial boot-up, when the unit is cold (has been turned off for the evening). It's used in a restaurant. Any suggestions on a fix?

    Hi,
    Sorry about that.. I did get a response from tech support saying that they were looking into it.. I have seen nothing since either.. I have re-contacted tech support..

    We confirmed with engineers that this error indicates a hardware problem with the DSP’s.
    Factory service is recommended.

    I don't know how much clearer that could be... that was Jason Mondragon from tech support...
