I have just purchased this and cannot get the app to get past the 'This app works with JBL EON Compact Loudspeakers only'..
previous post suggests to factory reset the unit...how?

Problem with renaming new flip 6

The speaker keeps pulling info from previously connected phone and Renames it self as "(that person's name) jbl flip 6" even though i changed the name form the app. I did both a hard and normal reset but nothing changed even with an updated firmware.
Can't seem to find anything on this particular problem.
