Hi, same problem Just bought Eon one compact because the app provides effects and EQ presets etc. Nothing works! Tried on 2 different iphones and ipad all running current ios. Wish I hadn't bought the JBL it might have to go back.
PS tried factory resets, deleted and reinstalled app multiple times, firmware say up to date. Tried everything - same result everytime.

Hello I am unable to adjust eq sliders, input sliders, and volume on the jbl compact connect app. Using Iphone 15 Pro Max. Speakers link to app and bluetooth audio works but cant get the app to work. Any thoughts?

Eon One MK2 column pieces difficult to get apart

I have an EON ONE MKII and the tolerances on the battery and spacer are rediculous. While I appreciate the stability, it literally takes 2 people to separate these pieces. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a solution?

Eon 715 signal clip

I have a pair of Eon 715 that the signal clip lite goes yellow at at low volume and even with low gain if I turn either low enough to get solid green then have hardly any volume
