Does anyone at Harman or JBL care?

It’s becoming pretty obvious that no one at JBL or Harman is monitoring this forum. There’s a lot of preaching to the choir going on, especially concerning the Pro Connect app. Yet there has been no input from anyone at the company, and no new version that addresses any of the problems.
Very disappointing given how much I laid out for the equipment!

Firstly, I apologize that you're having issues with the app. I recommend you give JBL Tech Support a call and they should be able to help. Keep in mind this is community forum. While the site is managed & maintained by HARMAN, it is not a direct conduit to Tech Support engineers or a method by which youm can create a support ticket.
