I’m Trying to use app with jbl eon 612 turbo sound and I can’t figure out how the app works can you

I have the jbl app and I need it to control my eon 612 and I’m having no luck

    It appears that time has passed and there is no answer to the problem.
    You probably found it, in another way or place.
    I will answer anyway. It may serve users who are looking for an answer to such a difficulty here.
    I was in the same situation, I was unable to add my speaker to my app on my Android device.
    Resetting Bluetooth in the speaker and activating SYNC would make-it appear in the list to add a new speaker in the app.
    The main screen in the app contains four DEMO, non-real, speakers.
    On the left, there is a plus sign '+' to add your real speaker, click on it and a list appears from below with the detected speakers. Select yours, and then it substitutes the first DEMO speaker. You can add your second speaker (if you have more than one) and it substitutes then de second DEMO speaker, and so on, while you add more speakers to a maximum of four.
    Now, you can select any of your newly added speakers, and make adjustments.
