serial number number not received

3+ weeks ago I ordered & paid for (dbx via visa thru lexicon site shop) pcm native reverb vst bundle but made a mistake in my email so tho the $299 left my bank no serial number could reach me through the email address error. I've been in poor health & I've tried email to customer support several times without any response. Please help! Janet
