lexicon omega not working

help me
i have lexicon omega, all input and out not working, but headphone very very low sound
i use powersupply 9v-1.5 a

    Try this reset procedure:

    With the Omega un-plugged from USB and unplugged from power, press and hold the 1st USB Assign button (in-between Mic 1 and Mic 2) and the 3rd USB Assign button (in-between Line 3 and Line 4) simultaneously while applying power. Keep holding these buttons until a series of lights start flashing then let go. Re-connect the USB cable.
