Lexicon MX200 very weak input/no input lights

I bought a used Lexicon MX200 and I have problems with the input signal.
I connected it to the AUX SEND / RETURN of the mixer (Mackie 802VLZ3) and it initially showed the first light at the input indicator, and soon nothing.
I also tried plugging it directly from the keyboard (Yamaha Motif XS).
Not even at the strongest signal from Yamaha does it show a single Input signal light. The Motf XS has a fairly strong output signal.
The output sound is distorted and very weak.
I did a Factory Reset, everything stayed the same.
I believe it is a malfunction but what kind?

If the factory reset is not working and you have the correct 9VDC adapter (PS0913DC with at least 1A of Amperage) then you will have to look into a service option. If you are in the US, the MX200 Series has a 1 year warranty after which there is a service fee involved. Outside of the US you can contact your regional distributor:

My adapter is Harman PS0913B-230, 9V 1.3 A
I am in Croatia, Europe.
The output is fine, when i try the audition button, the sound is clear and of normal volume.
Was this the reset procedure you did?
Power up the MX200 while holding the Audition button. When you see the letters rE, let go and press the Store button. You will see Fr and then the unit will reset.

yes, I did it a few times, but everything remained the same.
Try the firmware updater here MX NetUpdater (done via USB cable, there is a Mac and Windows version):

If that does not work then you'll need service more than likely

I tried, the last firmware is already inside.
I connected the MX200 using an SPDIF cable to a Yamaha Motif, the input signal is stronger but completely distorted, unusable.
The price of the service would probably be higher than the value of the device so I give up.
Thanks for your help.
