Is this even possible?

Any one know if this is possible

I've got an Ionix U42S Lexicon driver won’t talk to or load onto my mac which is running OS X El Capitan 10.11.4 on the mac book pro 2.4.GHz Intel core duo with 16 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 Running the version of Logic 10.2.4

Am I wasting my time?

Any help would be much appreciated

Thank you

Yes the Ionix U42S should work with that OS and up to 10.14 Mojave we've tested. Catalina onwards it does not work

Make sure you are using this driver - https://lexiconpro.com/en-US/softwares/lexicon-i-o-driver-v3-3-11-mac-osx-sierra

You're having compatibility issues with your Ionix U42S driver on OS X El Capitan. The driver may not be fully login miocado compatible with your version of macOS or Logic Pro.

It's possible that the Ionix U42S Lexicon driver is not fully compatible with OS X El Capitan 10.11.4. You can try updating the driver, checking for any available compatibility patches, or using an alternative driver version. However, if there's no official support, you might face issues. It's worth reaching out to the manufacturer for guidance.
