PCM Native Reverb Plug-in Bundle way overdue for an update

Hello there, an update for the Plugin Bundle is way over due.

Especially since it's been acknowledged by Lex that there are DAW crashes using some of the plug-ins (for example Lex Chambers) as well as other issues. The plug-in Bundle was not cheap. To not be able to use it fully due to a bug in it's design is not very nice.

It's nearly 2 years since the last update of Dec 15, 2021. Other companies: FabFilter, SSL, Izotope, Uaudio, SoundToys, Waves, etc... are all consistently providing updates especially if a "bug" is concerned.

If an update to fix these issues is not provided a refund should be made since the product is unusable due to bad design. When will the release of an update be made? Thank-you.

As stated elsewhere on the forum, there will be an update to address performance and stability fixes for the PCM Native Reverb Bundle - Lex Chamber issue included. There will be native silicon support as well as USB iLok-less authentication option.

Last update for timeframe we were told was not to expect anything before Q1 2024, but I have no exact timeframe information beyond that.

They are testing versions now. Beta versions might be made public before an official release. We will announce that here in the forum if so.

Do keep me in mind if you need someone to beta test.

The product is known to have a bug for ages now; and even Lexicon support acknowledges this point. There hasn't been an update for a couple years, nor a fix to the solution as well. These plugs were not cheap, and not being able to use them due to negligence of the developer, false promotion of compatibility and distribution. An update with fixes should be provided to customers immediately or a full refund should be given. It's customers whom pay and support your existence; and don't use cracks which are easily attainable.

Please provide information on how to make a refund claim.
