Using Sonar X1 LE with signature 22mtk

I am trying to use the Cakewalk sonar x1 le program to record with my signature 22mtk, but there seems to be an issue as it only sees the odd channels. When those are selected it does not record. Has anyone else used this program and what was their solution.
