While this forum is a great place for our community to get together, support each other, and talk all things HARMAN... keep in mind this should not be considered a substitute for our live Tech Support. Tech Support engineers may or may not be on the forum helping our users, but the only direct path to proper Tech Support is to call us.

This contact number will work for US as well as International, though some regions outside of North America get support directly from the HARMAN distributor in that region.   • Hi!! I have problems with the soundcraft Ui16..How can I erase or get access to the mixer?? Somehow it got locked before my show and couldn’t get it back to normal,don’t remember putting a password but if in case I did how can access to that and erase it or redo a new password?? Thanks!

    It seems the outputs on the ui series might work better in a rack if they faced rearward. Coming out the front they interfere with the inputs.

    Another thought: MIDI control for the Digitech and maybe the effects section? It would be great if the amp selections were able to be changed via a MIDI footswitch. They could be set up as patches and called by number. Then you could make better use of the combinations available. You don't always use the the same amp setting for everything so while this is a neat feature I'm not sure how practical it is live. "Turn the Page" wouldn't sound quite the same using "Eddie Lead" preset. :)

  • Hi. i got a question, last time my soundcraft signature 12 mtk is working fine, but suddenly when i use it, my effects don't come out in my speaker. but i hear it when im using headphones. i dont know what the problem is. but i think its hardware issue. but im not using it often, sorry for my bad english,
