[WIN10] MTK12 cannot handle both input and output over USB

For as long as I have had my board, I have had issues trying to do I/O at the same time. It has been so bad that I now only use USB into the board and then go out to another interface to get signal from the board, which is dumb.

Has anyone else had these problems with any of the MTK boards? I know Windows audio system is a mess with WDM and ASIO and what can access what (I am not mixing the two, just using WDM), but it seems like there are problems in the driver.
