UI24 Control Access to Musicians

We have had times when a musician on stage had adjusted "his" monitor mix, not realizing that he had not selected the AUX tab and adjusted the main mix.
Currently, using the access control you can non-admin limit access to allow others to access all the AUX. Individual users can limit themselves to only adjust a certain AUX. But that requires each person to know what to do each time.
Is there anyway to create more users and assign access to which AUX you want for them. Or another would be similar to the Behringer where it asks you if you are connecting as the engineer for the full mix or as a musician for a monitor mix. The monitor mix would only have the monitor tab visible.
Any other ideas that could become feature requests for the next update?
