in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

When i go in to the mixer and i touch a Chanel or somethings else he Hove me the Message locked
How know wat the problem is?

    Sounds like you have activated the access control in settings. You need to go back to the settings, access and login. If you no longer want to restrict access deactivate it. If you cannot remember the password you will have to reset the device using a USB flashdrive as per the manual.
