Expression 1 si has ch 9-16 all clipping at once when any gain is adjusted.

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

FNG here. We have a few Soundcraft mixers. Our Expression 1 si has signal present and max clipping indication simultaneously on channels 9-16 when gain on any channel is adjusted. Anyone out there ever experienced similar behavior and or what to do about it?
Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

    That sounds like a hardware problem. If resetting to defaults and a firmware update did not fix the problem, I hope you got the board serviced.
