Ui16 Digital Rack Mixer separate in ear mix?

I would like to buy a Ui16 Digital Rack Mixer but I am unsure if I would be able to get a separate in ear/monitor mix from it.

    It is possible to use the Aux outs (x4 on the ui16) to create independent mixes to the IEMs.
