UI24R irregular frecuency response

Hello,
I have a problem with a UI24R.
Frecuency response on outputs isn´t as plain as it should be. I analized it with Smaart and I see it has a fall in the high and the low frecuency. It happens in all outputs and all inputs.
When 1 KHZ is at 0dB, I have -3db for 20HZ an -3db for 20 KHZ.
I tried to solve it charging a new default snapshot and a second trying making a full reset, but the problem remains the same.

I would like to post a screenshot but I don´t know how to do it.
