Approved or Best working Routers

Ive got the Impact console and Im always having connectivity issues between the IPAD and Console, Routers Ive been using are Netgear AC Series and still Im having Failure to discover the console, Meters all lockup Full ON, etc...whats a better router, is there a better router, when will they update this software to deal with these glitches ??
