Midi mute channel for Vi1

Hello!
I had a behringer X32, Mac and Qlab. Qlab send midi command to my console for mute and unmute channels.
Now i have Soundcraft Vi1 console. Can i use midi command from my Qlab to Vi1 for mute and unmute input channels?
For example, Qlab send "Note 16 On" and input channel 16 go to "On" on console.
