Tried and DAW Settings

Newbie to Si32 with 2.0 Firmware update, Installed firmware and is working. I have a Home Studio setup, Using "TRACKTION 7" in Windows 10 Pro, on an HP M7, 16Gig. ,1tb Hd. USB audio works fine, using Soundcraft USB Audio, ASIO works, but the 64 bit crashes each time it's loaded. DAW settings recognizes most of the functions, but in the settings menu the Control Surfaces module does not interface. Tracktion does not recognize that function of the board relative to CONTROL SURFACE functionality. I know there is VISI Listen /Remote but Does anyone have a recommendation to link the interface with the board?
