Vi series Shure Mic Monitoring

in Soundcraft Mixing Consoles

Has anyone successfully gotten their Shure ULXD mis to be monitored on the console? I have everything setup as it should, all 24 of my AKG show up just fine, but can't get the Shure to show up. I can ping all the IP's so I know they are on the network.
Running Vi3000 with latest software.
