Have you ever got a problem for Mirroring with Offline editor?

Hi, all
I have a Vi2000 console and I tried to mirror with an offline editor by wired ethernet.
but It is not connecting with my laptop with USB-C to ethernet adapter.
and my technical engineer's laptop works well.
is there any issue with the network adapter?

please share an experience.
