Help I bought a Signature 22 MTK wont power on

I bought a Soundcraft signaure 22 MTK from Zzounds. When it arrived I plugged it in and nothing. My DAW does not see anything. Nothing is lit up on the board and no power is going to mic pres. Am I missing something or is this a faulty board? I have reached out to both companies and have heard nothing back yet.
