The sound card has stopped working normally. It works either input or output, it doesn’t work, the driver reinstalled, it came to reinstall Windows, it didn’t help, it didn’t help to connect to another PS. The sound card works randomly, there is no dependence on which channels will work, and if the input stops working, the video on the computer does not work either, when the sound starts playing, if the sound works, the microphones do not transmit to the computer.
