Soundcraft MTK 22 not recognized by PC

Hi all,
I'm new to this forum, but have owned this mixer for about two years. Last week (a day after recording and mixing with it in the studio) it stopped being recognized by the PC. The driver is still installed and appears OK but whenever I plug in/turn on the mixer there is absolutely no response from the driver or in the sound panel. So far, these are the solutions I've tried:

  • Re-installing the drivers
  • Changing USB cables
  • Updating Windows
  • Restoring from a previous restore point
  • Trying on a different PC
  • Connecting it directly to the PC (normally I do use a USB extension cable)

AMD Ryzen 7
32 DD4 RAM, 8GB VRAM (Nvidia)

    Still the same after 3 months.. Tried contacting support today.
