I am hearing hiss sound even when all channels is off

Good day everyone: In my setup I have Behringer Xenyx Control2USB Control Center which Soundcraft Ui24R Mixer output goes to the input of the Control2USB and Logic pro X is my DAW. Sometimes a hear a Hiss sound even when all Channels are mute on Ui24. is the Ui24R +4 or -10 ?
