Notepad 12FX. How do I monitor the USB input via channel 9/10?

Hi guys and girls. I've just stumbled across this forum and I was having a little trouble figuring out my new desk.

I've downloaded all the drivers etc, so thought I'd be all good to go, but seem to be having an issue with monitoring what's coming back out of my PC. I was under the assumption that I'd be able to hear the USB output of my PC via channels 9/10, but I can't get anything through that channel.

I do know that audio is coming into the desk via usb, because I can hear it when I press the [USB RTN 3/4] button.

What am I doing wrong that I can't get the output of my desk to come through the channels that it's supposed to be coming through. I know that 9/10 work perfectly well as I've hooked up a phone via the RCA inputs, but not being able to hear the output of the PC via 9/10 is giving me a headache.

What am I doing wrong???
