Notepad 8Fx Device Not Recognised issue

Hi, I have been using a Notepad 8Fx from the last year. Have been working fine.
Since the last three days I am finding an issue that the device shows as not recognized in the Soundcraft USB audio control panel. I have reinstalled the "SoundcraftControlPanelSetup" & "Multi-channelUSBAudio_DriverSetup_v3.20.0". When I try opening the desktop shortcut, I get the message as VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll error. I have downloaded these items and place in the respective system folder. When I connect interface to the USB jack, do get a notification that the devise is setup and ready to use. Above all, I am able to get my system audio output through the Notepad interface, but not able to detect the analog input. Request a help for resolving.
