Soundcraft USB Audio control panel - installed but can't find it

I've installed the Soundcraft USB Audio control panel twice on my MacBook Pro but it's not showing in Applications or actually anywhere on my computer. Is there an issue with the software and Mojave10.14.5?

    I've had the same problem for a while now and no one has a solution. Many others have this problem on the forums but Harman is unresponsive here. I just messaged them on Twitter so let's see if they even respond...
