Ui16 headphone issues

Hello !!! I’m trying to use the headphone outputs to hear the the complete mix but the mixer doesn’t deliver any sound to my headphones the only signal I can get is the one from the play function when I have usb stick plugged in with music but when I try to hear the signals from all the other channels I’m not able to get any sound ! could some body tell me how to fix this , it would be highly appreciated

    I have the same problem, a very weak noisy sound. What can be wrong?

    I had a headphone issue and figured out I accidently had one of my unused channels set as solo. So console was sending a channel with no sound to my headphones so I heard nothing.
