USB/MADI Combo card or Multi Digital Card for connecting SI Expression to PC DAW?

I have an SI Expression 1, and we want to record it (16 tracks) to a DAW (PC)... Now I see there is a USB/MADI combo card, and a Multi Digital Card.

We are not using ADAT, FireWire, or MADI, what would be the best option to buy?
We never intend to use ADAT or FireWire. For MADI I don't have a clue yet, so it's mostly we need the USB interface (being able to record 16 tracks in a PC DAW).

Pricewise they differ just 10 euro.

Are there any differences I overlooked, or has one of them better usage for DAW connection?
