Signature 12MTK USB question

So I bought a Soundcraft Signature 12 MTK because it has 6 mono channels. All channels are sent via USB to the computer.
But to my unpleasant surprise I only see these channels 1 to 6 combined (or paired) as 3 stereo channels.

CH1+2 and CH3+4 and CH5+6 are available.

Of course this is not what I want.

I want and need 6 mono channels to be available in my computer (Windows 7).

How can I do that? How can I split these combined channels into 6 separate mono channels?
