Soundcraft signature 22 mtk (brand new)

Hello, just purchased the above mixer and installed soundcraft audio usb control panel and all drivers, and they are all checked, but I cannot get a signal from any other channel from a mike or guitar or any other instrument on channels 3-22. Please help, I figure I'm doing something simple wrong? Thanks

    Are you using a DAW? Is it set up to listen on 3-22?
