Soundcraft Si Performer 3 + headphones volume

Dear community! I have a Soundcraft Si Performer 3 and studio monitors + headphones connected to it. To control their volume, I use Mon Level encoder. But it works to all (monitors + headphones). Please tell me how I can manage just the volume of headphones? Thank you!

    If both are connected to the cue bus, you will need to get a separate headphone amp to control the headphone volume independently.
