cant install firmware 1.09 on mac (notepad-12fx)

i get a massage "the firmware upgrade has failed.to try again, disconnect the device, turn power off and on, and reconnect it " ------- i did exactly and several times this act and nothing :/

    ok...
    now i saw, that in the usb audio control panel, the ver. is 1.0.0 but at the usb firmware upgrade, the current firmware is v1.09 !
