How to get master mix to headphones in signature 10 mixer

I am trying to get the master mix to appear in headphones. Thinking maybe this isn't possible in signature 10?

Hi DaDawg,
Assuming your unit is functioning properly, the master mix appears at the headphones as long as all of your PFL buttons for individual channels are disengaged. The PFLs will take precedence to allow you to solo channels on the console in your headphones. With no PFLs on, just turn up the Master fader and the Phones Level knob.

Thank you, benpnixon, I went through all my channels again and... the one channel I never use had the pfl button pushed. A little patience and all is fine. Thanks for your time.
